Lior Ohayon has diverse corporate transactional experience, having worked on securities, mergers, acquisitions, financings, restructurings, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital matters.

 

Mr. Ohayon represents banks, financial services companies, wealth management institutions, as well as non-institutional promoters and sponsors in connection with the formation of, and distribution of interests in, private funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, hybrid funds, real estate funds and infrastructure funds. In addition to fund formation, Mr.

 

Ohayon advises clients on operational, regulatory, compliance and investor-relations issues, as well as the structuring of carried interest and employee compensation programs. He also regularly represents U.S. and non-U.S. institutional and high-net-worth investors in connection with their investments in various private funds.

 

Mr. Ohayon has particular experience with real estate funds and managed accounts, having represented sponsors, distributors, and investors in, core, hybrid, alternative, opportunistic and distressed real estate funds. Mr. Ohayon also significant experience with the structuring and offering of private funds that invest in India.
