Boyd Steinhoff

Boyd Steinhoff joined SecondMarket in 2007 and is currently a Vice President in the Private Company Market where he leads the Capital Markets Team. Since joining the Private Company Market, Boyd has helped facilitate transactions in leading venture backed companies, including Facebook, Zynga, Twitter and LinkedIn. Beginning with SecondMarket’s original asset class, the Public Equity Market, Boyd later teamed up with what would become the Private Company Market in April of 2009. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and based in SecondMarket’s New York Office.
