Randolph Post "R.P." Eddy
Founding Partner & Chief Executive Officer, Ergo
R.P. Eddy is the founder and CEO of Ergo, a global intelligence and advisory firm which the Harvard Business Review praised as, “breaking from industry orthodoxy with a radically new model.” He also chairs Ergo Investment Partners, and Four Rivers, a Burma-focused holding company. Previously, he was a Managing Director at the Gerson Lehrman Group and a Team Leader at Monitor Group.
Prior to entering the private sector, Eddy served in various posts in the US Government national security arena and as a United Nations Diplomat.

In 2001, Eddy was honored as one of 100 World Economic Forum (Davos) Global Leaders for Tomorrow. He is the co-chair of Los Angeles City Counterterrorism Committee. Eddy is a member of the Council of Foreign Relations and was selected by the Center for American Progress and Foreign Policy Magazine as one of “100 of America’s most esteemed terrorism and national security experts.” He was a member of the State Department Senior Executive Service and a Senior Fellow or Associate at Harvard University, The Manhattan Institute, and the Madison Policy Forum.
Eddy has testified in front of the US Congress, regularly appears on global news stations and has been a commentator on PBS: Charlie Rose, Fox News, CBS, CNN, NPR, and many others. His writing has been published in the Wall Street Journal, the Times of London and other outlets. Eddy has a B.Sc in Neuroscience from Brown University.
