He specializes in providing audit and consulting services to the securities, commodities and alternative investment industry, including broker-dealers, futures commission merchants, hedge funds, commodity pools, proprietary trading firms, mutual funds, a commodity futures exchange and a regional stock exchange. John’s experience also includes performing internal control reviews (SOX 404), cost containment/profitability studies and regulatory matters.
