Keyu Jin
Professor of Economics, London School of Economics
Dr. Keyu Jin is a professor of economics at the London School of economics. Her field of expertise is international macroeconomics, international finance, and the Chinese economy. Her academic research has focused on global imbalances and global asset prices, with a particular focus on emerging markets. For the wider public, she has written and spoken widely on China’s growth sustainability, exchange rates, financialliberalization, and government policies aimed at attaining the various challenges facing China today.
Media publications of opinion pieces include the Financial Times, Project Syndicate, Les Echos, Caijing, Chicago Tribute, South Morning Post, etc...and have been published across more than 50 countries in the world. She is on the advisory board of Richemont Group, and has consulted for the IMF, the World Bank, and the New York Fed. From Beijing, China, she holds a B.A., M.A., and PhD from Harvard University.
