Ingrid Pierce
Global Managing Partner, Walkers
Ingrid Pierce is Walkers’ Global Managing Partner. She is based in the Cayman Islands office where she also heads the Cayman Investment Funds Group. Ingrid advises some of the largest investment management firms and financial institutions on their stable of Cayman Islands funds. She is regularly consulted on regulatory matters, directors’ duties and responsibilities, indemnities and confidentiality laws. Ingrid has particular experience in the establishment and on-going operations of unit trusts. She has acted as counsel to significant investors and managers in connection with the restructuring and winding down of various high profile funds. Ingrid is admitted to practice in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands and has litigated in both jurisdictions.
