Ryan Wolfington

Founder & Member - Board of Directors, Marty Hennessy Inspiring Children Foundation

 

Ryan Wolfington is an entrepreneur and a philanthropist who founded the Inspiring Children Foundation.

 

Prior to entering the non-profit world, Ryan was an entrepreneur who restructured and ran businesses in the financial, gaming and teleservices industries, two of which went public on the NASDAQ exchange.

 

Since the early 90's, Ryan has been a conscious capitalist and an early adopter of the importance of building a strong corporate culture; including wellness and mindfulness as a top priority.

 

Ryan founded the Inspiring Children Foundation, which has helped hundreds of at risk youth fulfill their personal potential by developing their mindset and entrepreneurial skills. 95% percent of program youth go on to receive college scholarships. The foundation currently has 92 alumni attending Universities such as Stanford, Harvard, Princeton, Oxford, Yale, Georgetown, Air Force Academy, University of Pennsylvania - Wharton School of Business, The Citadel, Vanderbilt, Villanova, Williams and others.

 

The foundation provides mentoring, project driven learning, entrepreneurial skills and a "Psychology for Life" Ryan created by taking the skills he used restructuring companies, to help children restructure their lives. The award-winning program has been recognized as one of the best programs in the United States by top Universities and Corporations. The program is being duplicated in twenty-two cities, and has been chosen by the NTF as their official Charity of Sir Richard Branson's Necker Cup.

 

In 2007, Ryan received the President of The United States "Service Award."

 

Ryan works with the United States Tennis Association, having served as the ED & President of USTA Nevada. He also was a producer for the award-winning film "Bella," which won the prestigious "People's Choice Award," at the largest film festival in the world (TIFF).

 

Ryan is honored by the opportunity to collaborate and work with 4 time Grammy Nominated singer/song writer, and New York Times best-selling author JEWEL, as President of the board for Jewel Inc.
