Develop LLC is the first independent advisory firm for Opportunity Zone Funds, project developers and wealth managers seeking to deploy capital into Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZs).  The QOZ program is the largest community development tax incentive in a generation,  designed to attract hundreds of billions of dollars in private sector capital for long-term equity investments in real estate, renewable energy, infrastructure, operating businesses, and start-ups located in low-income communities around America. 

Develop’s mission is to be the leading force in building this new QOZ marketplace, by enabling Opportunity Zone Fund managers and other stakeholders to tap into its unique, best-in-class expertise and national network of relationships.  Develop's turnkey services include marketplace intelligence, fund structure and strategy, investment guidance, investor communications, regulatory clarity, legal and accounting resources, wealth management and banking partnerships, pipeline development, branding and marketing, and government relations.

Develop was founded by Steve Glickman, a former senior economic advisor to President Barack Obama, and the co-founder and former CEO of the Economic Innovation Group, the architect of the QOZ investment program. Steve has already advised hundreds of investors and developers, worked with dozens of communities, and is regularly sought after as an expert by industry groups and the media.
