Trent’s specialty is launching and turning businesses around. As an operating exec, he combines strategy, team building and organizational design to drive clarity and alignment.

Trent started his career as a mechanical engineering graduate of the UCLA. He quickly turned his product design and problem solving skill set into a creative deal-making and management asset, building strategic plans and leading teams to drive high growth at the Rehrig Pacific Company to the tune of five hundred million dollars in annual revenue.

His success with Rehrig naturally led Trent to his next entrepreneurial endeavor: solving the complex strategic and organizational problems of start-ups and struggling legacy companies. Trent founded VMG Consultants & Advisors, effecting lasting cultural change and revenue trajectories for every business he advised.

Applying his 20 years of experience in product development, manufacturing and distribution to the cannabis industry, Trent joined dosist as Chief Revenue Officer to help successfully launch in a crowded market, and then founded an innovative consumer marketing platform for the largest on-demand delivery retailer in California, Eaze.

Today, Trent uses his knowledge of the traditional CPG playbook and experience in cannabis to capitalize on the industry’s biggest opportunities, leading 14th Round to a standout first year of audited financials.
