Aron Landy
Chief Risk Officer, Brevan Howard Investment Products Limited
Aron is Chief Risk Officer of Brevan Howard Investment Products Limited, Geneva Branch. Prior to joining Brevan Howard in June 2003, Aron managed a market-neutral equity fund at Millennium Global Investments from 2001 to 2003. From 2000 to 2001, he was a fixed income and foreign exchange trader at Optimum Asset Management. Prior to this, he was at Tokai Bank Europe (1991 to 1998); he joined the firm as a trader in the Swaps, Options and Proprietary Trading group and was appointed Joint Head of the Derivative Arbitrage Department in his final year. His other professional experience includes roles as a trader at Paribas Ltd (1989 to 1991) and as a quantitative analyst at Charterhouse Bank Ltd (1986 to 1989). Aron holds a BA in Mathematics & Electrical Science (First Class, 1983) and a PhD in Engineering (1987) from Cambridge University, and has taught at the London Business School (1999 to 2000).
