What is the SALT Conference?

The SALT Conference is committed to facilitating balanced discussions and debates on macro-economic trends, geo-political events and alternative investment opportunities within the context of a dynamic global economy. The registration page requires me to enter a password before I can proceed.  How can I obtain one?

SALT Conference registration is by invitation only.   To request an invitation, please use the Request an Invitation form.  Not all requests can be honored.   All invitation requests and registrations are individually reviewed and subject to approval by SkyBridge Capital.

What payment options are available for SALT 2012 registration?

Payment is due at the time of registration using the secure online form and may be made by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Payment by check or wire is available upon request by contacting Sarah Hansen via email at shansen@skybridgecapital.com or by phone at +1.212.485.3120.

How do I get a copy of my registration invoice?

Your email confirmation, sent to you after you complete the online registration form, will serve as your receipt.  If you need any additional documentation, please contact Sarah Hansen via email at shansen@skybridgecapital.com or by phone at +1.212.485.3120.

If I can only attend SALT for one day, do I have to pay the full registration fee?

All registrations are for the full duration of the conference.  Whether you attend one day or take part in the full program, the same registration fee applies.

May I attend SALT as a member of the press/media?

Members of the press or media wishing to attend SALT 2012 must request advance approval of SkyBridge by contacting Suzanne Hallberg of CJP Communications Office (212.279.3115 ext 213| shallberg@cjpcom.com) prior to completing the online registration form. Upon arrival at SALT 2012, all registrants will be required to certify that they are not attending as a member of the press or media, nor will they disseminate any of the content discussed or presented from May 8-11, 2012 via any media form (including, but not limited to, print/electronic newspapers/journals/blogs/forums) without the expressed prior approval of SkyBridge. All attendees may be asked to submit a business card and to present photographic identification upon arrival to the conference.  Failure to comply with the aforementioned guidelines may be grounds for immediate expulsion from the event without compensatory remuneration.

Is there a group discount available?

No, there are no group discounts available.

How many people can attend from my firm?

Institutional End-Investors, Media and Other participant types are limited to 3 representatives from their respective organizations. Private End-Investors, Asset Allocators, Managers and Service Providers are not limited in the number of registrations available to each firm.

What is the cancellation policy?

Registration cancellation requests received in writing on or prior to April 13, 2012 will qualify for a refund, less a 15% administration fee. No refund will be given on cancellation requests received after this date. Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?

Should the original registered participant be unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge.  Substitutions may be made through April 27, 2012. Any cancellation or substitution requests should be made to Sarah Hansen via email at shansen@skybridgecapital.com or by phone at +1.212.485.3120.  No partial transfers are permitted.
