How do I arrange meetings with SALT Delegates?

As a SALT 2015 registrant, you will be invited to join the SALT online platform – SkyConX – that will enable you to schedule one-on-one meetings in advance and during the Conference. You may also use this platform to view delegate and company profiles and search for specific delegate types while building your own SALT agenda. SkyConX will launch in April.

 

REGISTRATION

 

How do I register?

The SALT Conference is an invitation-only event that brings together accredited institutional investors, family offices, asset allocators and investment managers and service providers.

 

In order to Register, you must have received an invitation from the SALT Conference and have use the email address that was pre-approved. To Request an Invitation, please visit here.

 

Registration is on a first-come/first-served basis and is subject to availability. You are not registered for SALT 2015 until you register for the event and receive an email from the SALT team confirming your participation. You may expect to receive this notification within 2-3 business days of completing your registration information using the link above.

 

 

What is the Fee to Attend SALT Registration?

SALT Registration Fees are based upon your Delegate Type. Please visit Register Now to determine your appropriate Delegate Type and corresponding fee. If you have any questions about your Delegate Type, please email salt@skybridgecapital.com.

 

Payment is due at the time of registration using the secure online form and may be made by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Payment by check or wire is available upon request by contacting Mary Bloshuk via email at mbloshuk@skybridgecapital.com or by phone at +1.212.485.1907

 

 

What is Included within this Fee?

Registered SALT delegates are provided you with access to all editorial and networking sessions that are posted on the SALT agenda. It also provides delegates with access to SkyConX, which is an online technology platform that enables delegates to arrange meetings in advance of the Conference. Note: By registering for SALT, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Note: All registrations are for the full duration of the conference. Whether you attend one day or take part in the full program, the same registration fee applies.

 

 

Do I Receive a Full Delegate List in Advance of SALT?

Although we do not provide delegates with SALT 2015 participant list, we encourage you to refer to the list of companies, managers and investors. This list will be launched in early April and will be updated daily. In the meanwhile, please visit this page to see a list of previously attended delegates.

 

 

May I Bring my Partner, Spouse or Guest to SALT?

Unfortunately, due to venue capacity limitations, guests may not attend the day-time sessions or the evening events.

 

May I attend SALT as a member of the press/media?

Members of the press or media wishing to attend SALT must submit credentials and request advance approval of SkyBridge by contacting Suzanne Hallberg of SkyBridge Capital (212.485.3127| shallberg@skybridgecapital.com) prior to completing the online registration form. All media delegates will be asked to agree and comply to our press policy.

 

Press Policy - Press authorized to attend SALT Vegas 2015 must be pre-approved and registered through SkyBridge Capital. Unless otherwise notified, registered press are free to attend all plenary sessions throughout the conference. Though many of the presentations will be considered on-the-record, there may be presentations that will be strictly OFF-THE-RECORD. SkyBridge has the right to deem any session as OFF-THE-RECORD and/or closed to press, and notify press thereof, at any time before or throughout the conference. Requests for interviews with SkyBridge Capital executives must be made through Suzanne Hallberg at SkyBridge Capital at shallberg@skybridgecapital.com. SkyBridge are not responsible for the speakers’ schedules and therefore any requests for meetings or interviews with speakers, sponsors and other third-party conference participants must be arranged directly through their public relations department.

 

 

May I Cancel My Registration?

Registration cancellation requests received in writing on or prior to April 6, 2015 will qualify for a refund, less a 15% administration fee. No refund will be given on cancellation requests received after this date. May I Transfer my Registration?

Transfers of registration are subject to approval by SkyBridge Capital and must be made by April 6, 2015. Note - The suggested substitute must be the same delegate and professional type. Does Bellagio Offer a Special Rate for SALT Delegates?

SkyBridge has secured a limited number of guest rooms at the Bellagio for preferred rate of $208 per night between May 4 and May 9, 2015. Secure your room today as the block tends to close early (and will close no later than April 10, 2015). Please note – this rate is exclusive to registered SALT delegates.

 

 

What is the Nearest Airport?

McCarran International Airport (LAS) is the nearest airport to Bellagio. It is approximately a 15 minute cab ride to the Bellagio. Kindly note – taxi lines tend to be quite long so we encourage you to factor that into your schedule.

 

 

ON-SITE LOGISTICAL INFORMATION

 

 

When Does SALT Onsite Registration Begin?

Registration will begin at the SALT Welcome Reception, which will take place on Tuesday, May 5th from 5pm – 8pm. It will continue throughout the duration of the Conference. A schedule of the registration dates, times and locations will be posted on the agenda and provided to delegates in an email a few days prior to the Conference. Note: A photo ID and/or a business card is required upon check-in.

 

SALT name badges must be worn at all times throughout the conference in order to gain access to all the editorial and networking sessions that are posted on the SALT agenda. It will also be required for access at the Bellagio Poolside Cabanas. Delegates will receive this badge at Registration. Note: The sharing and transferring of name badges is not permitted. Due to increased security requested by many of our speakers, we required photos on SALT badges. You may NOT change your photo on site.

 

 

What is the Suggested Dress Code?

The suggested dress code is business attire unless otherwise indicated on the agenda. SALT name badges must be worn at all times throughout the SALT Conference in order to gain admission to all sessions, meals and functions.

 

 

May I Record or Transmit SALT Editorial Sessions or Networking Events?

No, any unauthorized recording of the SALT sessions or events is strictly prohibited.
